Registration Information & Policy

2. Online (Preferred):
Register using our secure website/server by selecting the 'Register' button next to a scheduled program. An email confirmation will be sent providing you with more details. Registration at the door is usually not permitted, unless preapproved. If you have not received a written confirmation before the start date of the program, please contact us.
 

Training Locations
All classes and workshops are held in UltimateinSuccess state-of-the-art training center in Santa Clara, CA.  We also offer on-site training

Registration Fee
Registration fees vary depending on the program. Your registration fee includes all course materials and study aids. Prices may change without notice.

Payment
must be received 7 business days prior to the program start date. You may pay by credit card or check. Please make checks payable to UltimateinSuccess. For corporate training related payments, please contact us.

Substitution Policy

Substitutions of registrants can be made at any time with a prior notice and approval. Some programs may have prerequisites or pre-work requirements. This should be kept in mind while requesting substitutions.

Cancellation Policy
Cancellations are subject to a 25% charge unless received in writing five business days prior to the program. When a representative of an organization approves an employee registration, that organization becomes responsible for cancellations, substitutions, and payments. The full program fee will be charged for any registration that is not cancelled in writing. UiS reserves the right to cancel any time, any program/workshop without prior notice. UiS usually notify all registrants well in advance. If the program is canceled by UiS for any valid reasons, the full registration fee will be refunded.

Refund Policy
Refunds are usually made if the registration is canceled 5 business days before the program start date. Refunds are made by the same mode of initial payment. The following is the refund policy:

15 Business Days 100%
10 Business Days 90%
5 Business Days 75%
 
The full program fee will be charged for any registration that is not cancelled in writing.

Enrollment Limits
Enrollment in each program is limited. As a result, programs are often quickly filled. Early registration is recommended.

Group Enrollments
For Group enrollments (group of 5 or more), please contact us. Programs are often quickly filled. Early registration is recommended for Groups.


Program/Workshop Attendance
All our programs and workshops are highly interactive in nature and involve active participation and adult learning techniques. To ensure that all participants have an opportunity to benefit from the classroom learning experience, attendance at the entire program(s) is required.

Schedule
Check-in and distribution of materials begin at one-half hour before the program starting time. Programs begin on time.

Hotel Accommodations
The registration fee does not include hotel accommodations. You will be sent a list of area hotels upon request.

Special Accommodations
Please notify the appropriate training location two weeks in advance if you have any special needs.

Continuing Education Units
We offer Professional development Units (PDUs) and Continuing Education Units (CEU's) for all workshops. To be eligible to receive PDUs/CEU's, you must attend and participate in the entire program. Applications and letters of attendance/completion will be available on the last day of the program.
